Effective
This policy explains what information is collected when you use homecostmath.com (the "site"), who collects it, and the choices you have. The site is run by an individual based in Spain, who is responsible for the processing described here. You can contact us at contact@homecostmath.com.
The calculators
The calculators run entirely in your web browser. The measurements and prices you type are not sent to us, stored on a server or shared with anyone. We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is necessary to deliver the site to you and to protect it from abuse. You can read how Cloudflare handles this data in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
Advertising and cookies
The site may show advertising provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure their performance and limit how often you see the same ad.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent. Because we do not collect your name or account details, most data related to your visit is held by Google and Cloudflare, and you can exercise your choices directly with them through the links above.
If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies set by Google may count as "sharing" under some of these laws, and you can opt out through the links in the advertising section above.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed.
Children
The site is intended for adults planning home projects. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
